New Home Policy- Read Prior to Deposit

To reserve a bunny, we require a non-refundable deposit.

At pickup, we will meet outside in a public place so that all parties feel comfortable (ie courthouse, etc).  If you do not come to your scheduled pick-up as agreed, you forfeit your bun.

Please note we do not accept visitors on site to protect our family's health and privacy.  We are happy to discuss our set-up and experience in raising healthy rabbits in further detail via phone.  We will also gladly share additional photos of your prospective pet upon request and we offer video conference calls (zoom, etc).  This process has worked well for our referenced clients. 

Rabbits are sensitive animals. If anything happens to your rabbit after deposit but prior to pickup, we will send you a full refund. 

Following that, adoptions are final. Please note we can not accept returns of buns back into our rabbitry. We take extra care to ensure cleanliness, prevent disease, no parasites, fleas, etc. For this reason, once rabbits leave our care, they cannot be returned. This is for the health and safety of all of our animals. No exceptions. 

Please take into consideration the time and costs to care for a rabbit, including supplies and veterinarian fees. Rabbits are NOT low maintenance pets. We are not responsible for the health or wellness of your new bun once you take ownership, including any medical bills, etc. When rabbits leave our possession, they are healthy to the best of our knowledge. It is your right and responsibility as the new owner to examine your new bun at the time of pickup. We are not liable for any issue arising from our transaction, directly or indirectly once the rabbit leaves our possession. 

We do our best to identify the sex of each rabbit, but sometimes there are misidentifications when rabbits are very young. We do not accept returns/refunds based on this either, again for the health and safety of our rabbitry. 

We do not offer rabbits to persons under the age of 18.

We do not offer rabbits less than 8 weeks old. We also reserve the right to extend their release date if they are still nursing past 8 weeks, or we believe it is in their best interest to spend more time with their mother. We want to ensure we send you home with a healthy pet.

These rabbits are pet quality, not for meat or fur.

Each bunny comes with a “Getting Started” Guide, transition food/hay, probiotics to ease transition, and chew sticks.  We offer certificates of birth and for special occasions on request at no charge.
